During your 30-minute video consultation, your certified Skin Expert will assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to you. You’ll also receive guidance on which medical-grade products will help achieve the best results.
Are the products safe and effective?
Absolutely. All our products are medical-grade, clinically tested, and trusted by dermatologists and skincare professionals worldwide. We carefully select only brands that deliver proven results while meeting the highest safety standards.
How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on your skin type and the products or treatments recommended, but most clients start noticing improvements within a few weeks. Your Skin Expert will monitor your progress and adjust your routine as needed to maximize results.
Why aren’t prices displayed online?
Certain medical-grade skincare brands, such as ZO® Skin Health and Obagi Medical, prohibit official stockists from showing prescription-only prices online. Don’t worry—we provide all pricing once you create a customer account, or you can request a price list via our newsletter or email. All products are sold at the recommended retail price.
